I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access key attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Our stay started well and we were welcomed by friendly staff in the reception. However once we got to the room we discovered an unpleasant smell. The pillowcases smelled like they had been put on while they were still humid. We decided we would contact the staff after getting some food nearby, but when we got back around 10 pm the reception had already closed and the security guard could not help us resolve the issue.

Furthermore the room was seriously lacking soundproofing and we could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. Even if you talked at a normal volume you would hear it into the room. The shower was also not great as it was hard to regulate the pressure.

The hotel also some positives. The mountain view from the room is amazing with a nice small balcony to go with it. The hotel has great location, close the the beach and the monkey trail, as well as many restaurants and bars. The pool area and the fitness center is of good quality. The hotel also provides airport transfer and tours, which is great. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Location is very good, right in the street. Food is also good. But the rooms and overall vibe of the hotel is dull. Our AC wasn't cooling and after numerous complaints they were not able to rectify the problem. Tours we booked from the hotel lobby and were good. Balcony and pool was very small.
It is a good hotel but not in the price range the charge. We payed around 5000 baht for a see view room. It is value for money in 3000 baht. Although views from the balcony was really good.

We stayed at Krabi Heritage Hotel for 5 nights, and overall, it was a decent experience. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony that offered a beautiful view of the mountains. That was definitely a highlight!

The bed was just okay—not the most comfortable I've had, and the bathroom was pretty average. One downside was that it could get quite noisy at night; We could hear sounds from the hallway, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

On the bright side, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made our stay more pleasant. Plus, the location is prime! It’s right in the center of everything, making it super convenient to explore the area.

Overall, it was a decent stay with some pros and cons. If you’re looking for a central location, Krabi Heritage Hotel is worth considering!

Looks old, but the location is very good. No hot water in the showers in the evening till next day mid day. Think it's because of solar heater and the hot water gets over.
Quite noisy in the night due to pubs and bars, restaurants etc very close by, and the hotel hasn't made an effort to damp the sound by double window pane , so if you want to sleep before 2.30 am, carry earplugs.
