Yesterday was our dear friend's wedding, and the hotel was chosen to celebrate this special moment. The roof of the place is very pleasant and the view of the city is beautiful. It is possible to see the sunset beautifully.
The hotel offered a wedding package that included photography, buffet, decoration and ceremony. Everything was very beautiful and organized, congratulations.

Experience was so bad that i checked out my family the next day and find another hotel. i don't know how this hotel advertise itself as a 4-star hotel.

Exterior / Lobby: First impression counts, and this fails. Lobby feels old, not well maintained. You can see the walls around the aircon ducts are moldy. When we got off our floor, there was no aircon nor ventilation in the corridor. They said that they haven't install the aircon?!

Room: Also old, walls are super thin you can hear every word the person next door is talking. Window is quite low and not locked, toddlers can easily open the window and it's just fatal accident waiting to happen. Obvious that staff did not clean near windows, it's very dirty and dusty. Pillows are dirty with brown stains, obvious that these are old pillows and not replaced. The water boiler doesn't turn off by itself after the water is boiled, it's dangerous. Clothes hanger are broken and TV is not working, we're just watching static. Wifi in the room is almost non-existent, i had to use my roaming data.

Toilet: Stinks, no toiletries given. Very bad water pressure, water stopped halfway while i was shampooing my hair.

Pool: It's situated in a basement carpark. One of the carpark was converted into where the pool is now. Garbage was strewn around on the way to to pool.
