Pros: It is our first time staying in this branch and it exceeded our expectation. We are grateful for the entire staff/ team who have been nothing but friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms (both triple room and double rooms) were clean and sanitized properly. The beds were comfy and the pillows were soft but firm. Though the room was on the smaller side it was alright as they offered great amenities like a work area (where you could study/ work), there was also a lounge on the first floor next to the snack bar (with free snacks, ice cream, chips, juices, coffee and tea). They also offered a free coupon per room which offered their own draft beer. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food selections. We also appreciated the free laundry area next to the lounge. Apparently there's also the option to rent a bike for free but we never got to try this as our itinerary was quite hectic. Cons: There is no late check out option regardless of us only being able to check in late due to the flight delay. I do wish that there were more fruit options in the breakfast buffet. Reception could be a bit more cheerful instead of looking bored but that's just a minor recommendation.

The service was super! We were first arrived to wrong Kindness hotel (our mistake) which is 10 minutes away from the right one, and the reception ordered us a taxi and we can claimed the fee to the reception! Another great facility is the all day free ice cream and 1 bottle of drink (beer or fruit juice) per day for every room. Large options of breakfast menu, all the staffs are so friendly and fast response. Will recommend this hotel to anyone wants to visit Taiwan, especially Kaohsiung ?❤️

A hotel that truly lives up to its name. My wife and I loved our short stay here and will certainly be back. ❤️ Highlights for us: Consistently polite and friendly service, comfy beds, awesome shower, Japanese style loo, welcome drink (delicious craft beer), comfortable lounge with free coffee, juice, teas, delicious ice cream and snacks, free laundry and dryers. Breakfast was mostly Asian buffet style but also had croissants, cereal and fruit. All really good quality. Excellent location just across the road from the central station, take exit number 1. The foodie night market is a simple 10 minute walk away. No pictures this time, but there are plenty on other reviews. Usually, at this price, you get hotels that look good but fail to live up to expectations. We are glad to say that the Kindness Hotel went far above and beyond. Bravo and thank you!

this hotel really lives up to its name of Kindness Hotel! everyone was so kind, and the extra amenities were truly extra kindness. i loved the laundry room, ice cream, drink bar, and snacks (everything free!). the room itself was a bit older but still very nice to stay in. bed was very comfortable. extra shoutout to the amazing staff here - everyone was so friendly and kind!

I highly recommend this hotel! Staff are very warm, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Checkin and checkout process are very convenient. What i love the most are the free lounge access and the accessibility of the hotel to the Train and bus stations. You can reach Liuje Market through a 10-15 minute walk.
