The hotel offer best value for service, location and amenities. They have tasty breakfast menu and give clean towels in the room. The room is adequate and comfortable. Water was hot and AC unit was chill, perfect. They also provide praying mat, prayer hijab in the room, beyond expectations. Excellent.

Decide to try Khas Hotel for a change in Surabaya as I love the location. Clean lobby and the rooms were ok. Morning staff were good and polite, but during the night…hardly you could see the front office staffs and why would you switch off the air con knowingly there’s guests sitting at the lobby? But the main surprise was the breakfast buffet, it was good with different variations serving locals delicacies. Decent dessert with not many drink options. Overall ok but lots of improvements needed.

The room is clean. Receptionist is very kind. The foods are yummy. But no one told us there would be gebyar merdeka staycation
