Keio Plaza Hotel is an excellent choice—especially for first-time visitors to Tokyo. The staff is outstanding, from the trainees to the receptionists—always warm, professional, and ready to help. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, with excellent coffee to start the day. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, and having a 7-Eleven right inside the building is incredibly convenient. It provides the perfect balance of comfort, accessibility, and local experience, making it easy to explore Tokyo without feeling overwhelmed. We stayed two nights on our last days in Japan. Big hotel, 1500 rooms, but you don't feel the crowd even though it was fully booked. Good location and big clean rooms. What was exceptional was the check in process. When we got to the reception there were many guests in check in line, but there were more staff helping people with their luggage, preventing disorder. There were more than 10 reception staff at their post. To my surprise we completed our check in within a few minutes. This shows excellent management and investing resources to make your stay memorable.

Great rooms, we had a large one with 3 beds and there was a lot of space. Big bathroom, newly decorated and nice fittings. Unfortunately there was no Japanese public bath in the hotel which is disappointing. There was no guest lounge, which we have come to expect, with seating and free drinks. Hotel is in an excellent location and has a LOT of wonderful staff. I like the place but think there are better options nearby in the same price range, but very nice the bus to Haneda comes to the hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our 2 week trip to Japan. The customer service here is unmatched. They are on their A game at all times and super nice and helpful. We stayed in a renovated premier grand suite and our room was very nice and we had access to the club lounge which was perfect. I would 100% stay here again. I hope the hotel we are heading to in Osaka is just as good. They definitely have big shoes to fill!

Good location, big hotel, good size room. The hotel is near train station, there is a free shuttle bus to Disneyland that you need to book online, it was really convenient. Limousine bus go directly from airport to Keio Plaza hotel, it’s really great! Thing to know before you book: check out at 11:00, in room dining is till 21:30 only, the charge for kids buffet breakfast is 3,500 Y. Will definitely come back if in Tokyo
