My family & I had the best stay here. Their hospitality & professionalism were beyond our expectations. They are proactive & efficient when it comes to handling challenging situations especially in the middle of the night. We are thankful & grateful that we have chosen to stay here because your quick action safe my father's life. Once again thank you for providing us a safe, comfortable & memorable stay in Kaohsiung despite the odds that happened. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Kaohsiung. God bless all at Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling especially with elderly family members or requires special needs.

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcomed. Extremely efficient check-in with a smile (young lady [Cyprus?] was incredibly professional and courteous!!). The room was spotless; the bathroom layout fantastic. And our view from our floor was delightful. The hotel lobby’s convenient access to the mall is an added touch. When leaving one morning, we literally had 2-3 staff assist us to quickly obtain one of several taxis waiting, and they even helped us get seated. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be back when visiting Kaohsiung! Great job Marriott!

Luxurious hotel in Kaohsiung and I guess the price reflects it. However, it was still an enjoyable stay. We stayed in a Family room with views of the city. The room was very spacious and had all the modern conveniences. The Hotel is adjacent to E Sky Mall, which makes it convenient and the location is close to the Train Stations

2nd time staying here and it's been great both times. Very roomy and kid friendly, the large amount of massage pools are great, and staff is super friendly all around. I'm a pretty tall person so the only nitpick is the toilet in our room was too small (not elongated) and it's bidet water pressure was too high so it kind of hurts when it washed my behind.. but aside from that, we would stay again!
