I did quite a bit of research before booking a night's stay at the hotel, in order to do a surprise wedding proposal. Before and during my visit, the staff has gone above and beyond in making sure we have a fantastic experience, which included a complimentary room upgrade to a tier higher than the one I reserved, and some personal touches in celebrating our special occasion. I think it is safe to say this establishment has some of the nicest rooms you can get in HK even among the top echelon of 5-star hotels, in terms of having tastefully designed interior decor, unusually spacious yet fully functional living spaces, and a spectacular view to the harbour. We had a truly fantastic night, and I want to give Jolin a shout-out for making sure we had an unforgettable experience :)

Stayed four days at K11 ARTUS in Hong Kong — an exceptional experience. The hotel offers stunning views, a prime location, and a luxurious atmosphere that truly impressed me. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-end stay in the city.

I booked a two bedroom Harbour suite for our stopover from London to Melbourne. Our flight from London to Hong Kong was delayed significantly and we were very tired when we finally reached the hotel, however we felt relaxed straight away when we were greeted by the very friendly reception staff. They had already known our situation and helped us to settle in our room straight away and there were even nice presents waiting for us in the room. The room was very comfortable, spotless clean, spacious, modern, practical, quiet, private and I can see many thoughtful designs. The view of Victoria Harbour was breathtaking! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient! After comparing this hotel with the other high end hotels in different cities, I consider K11 ARTUS to be one of the best ones and is good value for the cost! Special thanks to Jason Chu and his colleague Shi at the front desk who went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant! Will definitely book again very soon!

Very happy with the service. Honestly the staff make the stay amazing.Despite arriving early, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready for us, making for an incredibly smooth check-in process thanks to the accommodating Matthew. Housekeeping service was excellent. All housekeepers were very helpful and made up our room nicely. The room condition was outstanding, particularly the strong water pressure in the shower. Only minor negative point was the location is not close to the local restaurant and no bar in the hotel. Over all highly recommended ☺️
