My second visit, first was in 2018. Still great, lovely staff, plus they’ve replaced the dodgy carpet. All was clean and housekeeping is still brilliant. I found the other pool on level 6. Never knew there were two! The club looks great, and breakfast downstairs from the club at Beach Road Kitchen is still good, albeit with a more reduced range now than it had before. Only issue I had is the bar and food at level 18 poolside closes at 8:30pm, what the? Too early! No bar at the other pool and it closes during rain? Crazy! But there’s lovely TWG in the room too, Prestige tea is great. Concierge and transport/bell out front are super helpful. Even got “told off” for bringing my own bags down at checkout lol. Very happy productive and easy visit for work, took the MRT nearby a lot and I’d love to be back, maybe for a family stay next time 5/5 from me :)

Great location & service. Rooms are beautifully designed. There’s 2 pools you can have access too - the rooftop one has iconic shots, but unfortunately no lounge chairs. The 6th floor one in the residence tower has more lounge-ability. The executive lounge is amazing with great food options for breakfast, high tea and hours d’oeuvres + cocktail hour(s). Would highly recommend a stay here!

It was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I was surprise how it impressed me as soon as I entered the registration lobby. First, it's the decor and then the friendliness of receptionists. They are very courteous and polite. Then, the room itself was bright and very well arranged. I was impressed by the spacious bathroom, which had a separate shower stall and bathtub. The hotel was located in the South Beach complex connected to several levels of outdoor restaurants under a gigantic metal/wooden roof structure. The location of this hotel was absolutely the center of 2 large shopping malls, Raffles City and Suntec City Shopping Mall. Both were literally just across the street. They were also connected by underground passage of the same subway station CC3. Other shopping centers were about 15 to 20 minutes away by foot. As far as facilities were concerned, they had an infinity pool and a gym located on the 18th. There were no walls enclosing the whole floor, so one might see the whole city without barriers. There's also a bar there and sitting areas where one can enjoy the view as long as you want. Also, there was this gin bar called Tonic in the lobby that served over 100 types of gin from all around the world. Cozy little place. I got 2 complimentary drinks for their house gin Beefeater. There's also a money changing machine at the lobby, but I strongly recommend NOT to exchange there. The rate was at least 20% less than the market.

My experience at JW Marriott was amazing. Top notch facilities. Very close to metro, malls, and walking distance from Merlion tourist area. I am extra impressed by their hospitality! Housekeeper Linda saw that I don’t have a computer mouse pad, and she left me one with a beautiful note. What an amazing staff!! Kudos to everyone.

I also took advantage of the beautiful pool area, which offered a serene escape amid the bustling city. The fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to stay active during my stay. The hotel's location is ideal, situated within walking distance of key attractions and vibrant neighborhoods. The concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for nearby dining and entertainment options. Overall, my experience at JW Marriott South Beach was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and a taste of Singapore's vibrant culture. I can’t wait to return!
