Wow. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were shown the utmost hospitality and exceptional customer service. Ms. Inga in particular made our stay very special. The room was top notch and the service was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. It is not directly on the strip so you’ll need a super cheap 5 min taxi or a 20 min walk to get to the other hotels, but the galaxy center has pretty much anything you’d want (food, shopping, gambling.) this was our first time in Macau, but if we ever come back, we’ll 100% stay here again.

My room had the best view of the swimming pool. Beds were neatly done by housekeeping and staff were very friendly. No doubt that the price is also very “great”, it was worth staying here

The highlight of my visit was definitely the executive lounge, which offered a relaxing ambiance, delicious refreshments, and impeccable service. Special thanks to Jenny and Young Ho, whose warm professionalism truly enhanced my experience. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Macau for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Can't wait to return!

I came from Japan and stayed here for the first time in Macau. Everyone I met at the hotel was very friendly and I had a great time. The rooms were luxurious and the views were great. I can see why it's so popular. Thanks in particular to Eva and Yonng, I had a memorable time. Thank you! I recommend this hotel.
