Incredibly beautiful, spacious villas – modern, luxurious, and designed with real attention to detail. We had no sea view booked, but the Premier Garden Villa truly blew us away. The layout is incredibly smart – you get total privacy, a lush and extensive garden view, what feels like your own private pond, and a pretty large private pool. I have stayed in quite a few hotel villas over the years across all categories, and this one impressed me the most. The whole resort is stunning, with amazing landscaping, lots of ponds, and great lighting at night. It feels calm and spacious throughout. Also, no issues with insects at all – not even mosquitos at dawn, which is impressive. Not sure how they do it, but whatever they are doing works. Service was very friendly and attentive across the board, and quick to respond via WhatsApp whenever we needed something. The pool area is beautiful, with comfy sunbeds, great views, and direct access to Dreamland beach. The beach is public, but there are a few cabanas and loungers reserved for hotel guests. During our stay, the water was super clear with strong but enjoyable waves – great for swimming if you like waves, though maybe not for small kids. The hotel was surprisingly quiet while we were there – no problem getting a spot at the pool, or reservations for spa or dinner. Other guests were mostly couples and families with older kids, which made for a very relaxed vibe overall. Great value for money, and F&B prices are quite moderate compared to other resorts of this level. I am usually quite critical, but honestly there is nothing really to complain about. If I had to name something, maybe spa treatments felt a bit pricey compared to the rest – but that is about it.

Jumeirah Hotel - Excellent Stay The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. Staff are highly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Transportation within the resort is done via golf carts, easily requested through the concierge. The location is peaceful and a bit far from city crowds—most meals are enjoyed within the resort (in-room dining or at Akasa). Family-friendly swimming pools: Baby pool (40 cm) Kids’ pool (130 cm) Adult pool Direct access to the beach Turndown service every evening includes different cookies as a thoughtful night snack. Very eco-friendly: no plastic bottles, all replaced with glass bottles. Amenities are fully provided, unlike some other eco-hotels. Multilingual staff—heard them speak Korean, Chinese, and English. The manager is friendly and checks in often to ensure guests are satisfied. 24-hour gym access; concierge can help arrange access after 9 PM. Gym is compact but well-equipped for a holiday workout. Complimentary cold towels, drinking water, and snacks are provided at various times and places across the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with top-notch service.

Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location with stunning views, direct beach access, and helpful staff. Everything was top-notch and exceeded expectations. However, one thing did disappoint me. One evening, there was a private event that was extremely loud and really disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. The staff kindly offered to move me to a different villa, but unfortunately, the noise was still an issue across the property. In my opinion, events like this don’t belong in a hotel where guests come for tranquility and privacy. If such events are planned, they should consider booking out the entire hotel. That issue aside, it’s a beautiful place and I’d love to come back.

We spent 9 Days at this fantastic resort. Every Single member of staff is an asset to Jumeirah. They genuinely wanted to make your stay a good one. All the staff were fantastic so its hard to single out particulars. Our Villa was fantastic and we never left it apart from going for food or tours. The resort pool looks amazing and plenty of staff available around the pool. The prices for food and drink are very reasonable. We think its one of the best resorts we have stayed at. It takes forever to get anywhere from the resort due to traffic but there is little reason to leave the resort.
