Overall a solid choice. The rooms are quite small which is normal for Japan but nice and clean and modern. Given it wasn’t cheap we expected better service ie luggage brought up to the rooms etc which we didn’t receive. Location is really good very close to the tube and lost of good places to eat, also one street back from the main road so we found it nice and quiet

Location was great. Have ice machine, laundromat, and microwave in several floors. No water provided in room but have water dispenser on every floor. Nothing wrong with hotel but i found it disgusting, as i saw some hotel guests pour water on their tumblers inside the dispenser nozzle, so you can imagine the hygiene. I’m not tall, but bath room ceiling too low as hotel put exhaust system above it. Room was not so clean, found dust in some places even on their room air purifier machine. Personally, the bed was too soft for me and family, but others might like it. Service was great, front desk, concierge and room service respond to your request was fast and helpful.

Great hotel with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. It’s also conveniently located near the train station, so it’s only a short walk if you need to get around the city or need to catch the train to your next day trip or city. I would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future and will recommend it to others looking to visit Tokyo.

Fantastic hotel. Room was pristine and very comfortable. Good location for travel within Tokyo and beyond. Very polite and helpful staff. Luggage Transfer was smooth, efficient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely too! Highly recommended.

First the location is AMAZING! It's right near the busy area of Shinjuku and the train station (less than a five minute walk) but it's on a quiet street. The breakfast is also delicious and highly recommend! The rooms are just very small - and I know Tokyo has small hotel rooms but these rooms are small for even Tokyo. Literally there is no room to put your suitcase so that was tough but would recommend for a short stay and the price was reasonable.
