Room is too small for Queen deluxe, the bathroom is bigger than the room, we had booked a room that looked different online. Edited: we were able to get a different room once we showed the room pictures we booked, much better space wise. The only other issue was the A/C blowing on us in bed, made us sick as well. The staff are super friendly and location is great

Excellent service and location. Clean and caring staffs. They accommodated well to our requests with very prompt response. Just the room was a bit musty and bathroom floor easily wet from shower flow out to toilet.

This is my 4th time staying in this hotel..The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I need — including a comfortable bed, wifi The location was also good with easy access to most of the tourist attractions and eateries. All are within walking distance Highly recommended to all who are looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Parking wise: 1-2mins walking distance parking at the other end of the road (around RM5-7 in cash) or in front of Tabung Haji building (your touch & go card gotta have more than RM15 — just to be safe if you want to park overnight) Room: just as advertised. Clean and cozy enough. I had two toddlers and it was fun for them to stay there. Downside: it is not a stroller or wheelchair friendly. There were stairs to get into the hotel and I struggled a bit to get inside. Overall: bring just enough travel stuff with you as you had to walk from car to hotel. When you stepped out of the hotel it is directly into jonker street and lively.
