My brother and I were here for vacation. Hotel looks and feels a bit old, but still is in great shape. Has a fitness and spa area and also the food is great. The location is very central and you can get around Shanghai with the metro pretty damn good. Recommended for "budget", five star hotel.

George Yang is, without a doubt, the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. During a recent situation where my daugther accidentally left her bag in a taxi, George immediately stepped in to help. With remarkable efficiency, he searched the video footage and reported the issue to the police, contacted the taxi company, and coordinated the search process. Thanks to his determination and proactive approach, the bag was found and returned to us in less than two hours—a feat that seemed impossible at the time. George’s exceptional communication skills, particularly his fluency in English, played a significant role in resolving the matter so quickly. Beyond that, his calm demeanor, quick thinking, and strategic problem-solving set him apart as someone who truly excels in his role. His dedication and ability to handle such a challenging situation with ease left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, George, for going above and beyond. This was a wonderful luxurious hotel with great service and tons of amenities. The hotel.was very stylish with upscale decor. There are several great restaurants on site, a spa, a fitness centee and a retail section. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect! Walkable to many different parks, retail, restaurants, and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel! Definitely one of the best!

I liked this hotel a lot. I will definitely stay here if I travel Shanghai again. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. What I loved the most about this hotel is the location. Pretty close to most of the points of interest in Shanghai.
