We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers breakfast and even light snacks from 3pm to 10pm daily. Coffee machine is also available in the lobby and room amenities can be self-helped in the lobby as well. Washing powder is available complimentary when you do your laundry in the basement. It's these little perks that makes our stay at River Inn exceptional - did i mention that they even provide a shiatsu massager in the room? On top of that, our room was sufficiently spacious for 2 person and every corner was perfectly clean. Every design was also well thought after. There was a day where we dropped by for breakfast late and they were about the clear the dishes. However, they informed us on that and made sure we had sufficient time to grab our food before they cleared the buffet line. They even check with us again if we needed any more coffee before they proceeded to clean the machine. Every crew on the team was conscientious and we were so impressed at their hospitable service and thoughtfulness. We had such a comfortable and delightful stay. Would love to be back again the next time we visit Kaohsiung!

Stayed in a no window room when I checked in without a booking. The staff were super helpful and the tiny room was very comfortable and great value at $1500 for the night. Especially when you consider at this price it included an afternoon snack as well as breakfast. The breakfast although basic is by far one of the best one I’ve had in this range. 200% recommendation to anyone.

I'm happy with the stay and the food. The only one thing is the toilet doesn't have a bidet or autobidet that allow me to wash after the loo/big business. Noise when in the late night.

Small but clean room, good services, 10min walk from farmosa boulevard station, reasonable price

The room is very valuable for Money. The queen bed room is not very big. If you like very spacious room, try booking for quadruple with 2 queen size beds Room : Clean and Cozy. No smell. I really like the quadruple room (although it can fit 4, only 2 of us staying.) Service : For my room, although I put up no need service sign. The hotel still hangs a bag of bottled water in my door on daily basis. I think that's nice. Water dispenser (hot n cold) is available at our room level n lobby. Location : Near to night Market. From the hotel, u can walk to 2 different train stations. Convenient for cab drop off right in front of the hotel.
