This hotel offers great value for money and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the downtown, enabling me to travel to various places of interest with ease. Ms. Michelle, at the front desk, was very kind to accomodate some of my requests during check-in. Overall, my experience with staff was nothing but pleasant.

Jayleen Clarke Quay Hotel – Decent Stay, But Room is Small We stayed at Jayleen Clarke Quay Hotel for a week. The location is great, but the room was quite small for the price. There was barely enough space to move around, which made it a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, they provided complete toiletries, which was convenient. If you’re looking for a central location and don’t mind a compact space, this hotel could be an option.

Great Location & Friendly Staff – Value for Money! I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Singapore in October 2024 and it was a pleasant experience overall. The biggest plus is the location – it's right outside Clarke Quay MRT Station, which makes getting around super easy. The area is lively, with plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s expected for a budget-friendly option in such a central spot. The room was clean. There’s even a 7-Eleven right next door, which is super convenient for snacks or anything you might need in a pinch. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a budget stay in the heart of Singapore with easy access to transport and attractions, this hotel is a solid choice!

I did love this place but my room was a bit too close, I wish it was bigger, the room was very clean, the whole place was very clean. The staff were very friendly especially Judy Ong, She spent time telling us where to visit, and what bus to get, and where to eat. She made the trip to Singapore even more Fabulous.

Small room but good. Was clean and quiet during the night. Convenient location.
