Hotelroom (1 person) was clean and dustfree AF. I have allergies, but these sheets were CLEAN. Hotelroom, CLEAN, the whole hotel, the stairs, the waiting room, everything CLEAN. Location PERFECT. Will definitely stay here again if I return. 2 convenience stores next door, airconditioning, 15min easy walk to metro, streets full of restaurants. Had a great time and this hotel and its location definitely added to that!! edit: oh! there was no table in the room. Sometimes a little unhandy but not much of a problem.

For the price this hotel is very good compared to other hotels in this price range in Bangkok. The bed, shared bathroom and towels are very clean. But I would encourage the cleaning staff to up their game a little on the walls and especially the handle bars (I had the black single room with bunk bed, so I had to climb). The handle bars were sticky and so I cleaned them myself- it was needed. But the woman in reception, Fara, is wonderful! Give the woman a raise! Amazing service. If I needed anything I could just ask. The hotel is close to all sorts of public transportation. They also have showers and clean towels for guests that have a late flight after checkout.

old but clean. generally friendly staffs.7 eleven next door. An in house cafe but always no attendant. About 1 km walk to nearest BTS. Some noise from the road during day time. Difficult to adjust hot shower. Lighting too dim in room and in property, gives a unique spooky feel in a good way. No cleaning or room make up during my 3 nights of stay but I don't need it cause usually I don't mess up the room. WiFi works but TV not really working.stylish but outdated kinda design. still an okay hotel to stay.
