I'm very satisfied. Affordable and worth the price. Stayed 1 night in twin and studio room. Have amenities such as 3in1coffee, electric kettle, towel, toothbrush, shampoo and body wash.
Near famous spot by walking... Halab, kunafa and Damascus.

The hotel is located at a very lively and happening location. The room quality can be improve if they clean the rooms properly, we found dust everyday even after they clean the room properly daily.
Also we found small cockroaches in the bathroom and the bidet was broken, the staff didn’t even replace the bidet after complaining about it. Overall it’s an OKAY and decent place for the price.

This hotel boasts a magnificent location making it extremely convenient, whether you want to go to Shopping Centers, Night Markets and Popular Tourist Destinations.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was thoughtful enough to let us check in a little bit earlier as everyone travelling with me was fatigued. Bags were to be taken up by yourself and there was a lack of room service available.

The staff are nice however, and are cheery, friendly and professional.

The rooms could most certainly could be improved. Paint can definitely be touched up. Rooms alongside the bathroom could be more tidy. And in general be more decorated, to create a more aesthetic feeling.

Overall, I was looking for a hotel that suited the budget and was central in Bukit Bintang. This hotel checked these boxes.
