We are a family with three young children (3, 8, and 10 years old), and finding a hotel in Seoul that could comfortably accommodate all of us was a top priority. This hotel was fantastic! While the room itself wasn't huge, it was perfect for our needs. The kids loved it, and there was enough space for everyone to move around without feeling cramped. The location was also incredibly convenient. We could easily get to Myeongdong, Namdaemun Market, Seoul Station, and Gangnam. Plus, having access to a communal kitchen was a huge bonus for preparing snacks and simple meals. Although the office hours are until 5 PM, we were able to easily communicate with the hotel staff through their online messaging system, which was very helpful. We had a small incident where my youngest child left their phone at hotel. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us contact the uber driver and track down the phone and delivered to the airport just in time for our flight! We are so grateful for their kindness and efficiency, especially to the wonderful Malaysian staff who assisted us. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

They have two buildings. My earlier stay was in their new building. It had more spacious and cleaner rooms. In my recent visit, the room was small and old. Bathroom area was with basic facilities. However the stay is value for money. The location is very convenient.
