Excellent service from all of the staff of Holiday Inn. The room was clean. Toiletries were well stocked. The pool area​ was not crowded, you get a nice view of The Venetian. In-room dining was superb. We will definitely go back here. Best bang for your buck.

Even though the start of my stay was marred by the late room availability ( we had a total of 4 rooms and mine was only ready after 7pm), the Front Desk staff and Housekeeping service team had been very helpful and detailed. They made sure to take note of what I used and needed and ensure my every needs were met. I would like to make special mention of 2 gentlemen; a Mr Lei and a Mr Derek. They were at the baggage pickup point. After collecting my baggage for my family and I, Derek asked if we needed transport to the airport. He then proceeded to help us secure a large taxi to fit all 5 of us with 6 large luggage. He was assisted by his colleague Mr Lei,who walked us to the cab and explained to the driver the location we had to go. Such service even though we had already checked out of the premise. It sure left a very positive impression on us. Keep up the good work. You sure made us believers of Holiday Inn Cotai Macau genuine hospitality. Isaac Lee

Stayed here before right after it was opened and again after that. Great location. Walking distance to quite a number of tourist spots. Checking in is rather quick and the friendly staffs are efficient and provide great service. Rooms are clean, spacious and equip with most amenities. There are some shops and dining places here. Transport is of no problem

the room is good. clean and spacious. the view is so so. cleaning service did a good job everyday. the breakfast in Grand Orbit is great! it's delicious. unfortunately the halal choice is limited. the check in process is rather difficult with a long queue. especially if you're in a group. overall it's good

Very friendly services, I took my 80 years old Mom, they were able to check us in immediately. We come here again 4 months later still with my Mom. They still gave an excellent services. The first room was noise I called front desk explain the situation they apologize and change the room immediately. To my surprise they also send in a huge plate of fruits and a card to apologise the inconveniences. Very nice services.
