this is the worst room (room number A-28-3A)  have ever seen. broken bed, air conditioner not working, terrible smell, very dirty. we left this room immediately but still couldn't get back the $500 we spent. i am very disappointed in Agoda service they don't want to reimburse our expenses and don't do anything to solve this problem

Dirty. There were ants everywhere in the kitchen and cabinet area. The floor was very dirty and sticky. Yuck! Luckily we brought our own bedroom shoe. The apartment was bare minimal, no toiletries, shampoo, body wash/soap, etc. You have to bring your own. And there was no place to put your shampoo/soap, but on the toilet floor. Noise wise, quite noisy from the traffic on the road. Limited grace checkout time, otherwise you have to pay for additional hours.
