Lovely little hotel, the location is spot on, close to the Old Quarter but tucked away from the main road so not too noisy. Breakfast was good, a nice selection and the made to order eggs were very good. Staff all very friendly and helpful Bed was comfy, a couple of the plug sockets were questionable but I think that's just the norm for this part of the world. Would stay again

We stayed at this hotel for a week. It is located in a relatively quiet (compared to the rest of Hanoi) side street in a perfect location in the Old Quarter. Nearly everything is in walking distance. The staff are super friendly and very professional. They always made sure to open the doors when we were coming and going and always brought us a cup of tea when we were just sitting. We even booked a tour to Ha Long Bay through the hotel and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they offered to make eggs to order and would bring Pho if we wanted it. We only had one issue with our hot water and they came and fixed it immediately. Overall one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in all our travels.

Amazing stay at the Imperial Hotel & Spa. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are generously sized and beds incredibly comfortable. Our room did not have a window but this made it so quiet at night and easy to sleep. The old quarter can get very loud with the honking of scooters so I definitely recommend this, it was the perfect haven to get some rest from the hot bustling city of Hanoi. Anna was super accommodating and helped us book our sleeper bus to Sapa. Amazing service! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel on a quiet street right in the centre of Hanoi, next to the lake and the Old Quarter. I could not recommend a better place to stay, also a short walk away from most of the key sights. Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly, Anna was incredibly helpful and diligent in ensuring we had everything we needed to make or stay enjoyable. She also offered lots of advice and helped us book travel to our next destination in Vietnam or to book tickets to local events.
