Had an amazing seven-night stay at Icon Saigon Lifestyle Hotel! Great location- able to walk to many places. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and polite. All amenities available and refilled on timely manner, and the buffet breakfast each morning was a delicious way to start the day. Highly recommend!

Staff is very hospitable and friendly. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Location is near to most places. Their do stand by their tagline- Come as guests, leave as family. We were welcomed with a cake for our honeymoon. Thoughtful personalisation for the guests definitely made us feel special. Thoughtful touches like welcome drinks, free minibar, high tea and excellent breakfast spread are worth mentioning :) Thank you Icon Saigon Team for making our stay comfortable.

This hotel is excellent. Great front desk staff. The room was great, especially the water pressure loving it. Coffee was great too. And thanks for the hospitality.

I highly recommend this hotel stay. The service from Michael in particular was spectacular. He went above and beyond, he also helped us find certain goods only sold by local vendors! Rooms were a little small, but for two people there’s plenty of space. Rooms were also very clean and look newly renovated. I really enjoyed this stay!
