My stay at Icon Hotel was fantastic! The cube box design of the standard room was an interesting touch. The dedicated female-only Level 3 was a thoughtful feature ensuring comfort and safety. The clean toilets were a definite plus. Situated near the town night market, it's a convenient location for indulging in local cuisine, massages, and even shopping at nearby pharmacies and the Shopping Centre. I'm from Malaysia. It is highly recommended to choose accommodation here for those (Female/male) traveling alone or with friends to Hat Yai. This hotel is in a very strategic location. The staff are so nice and helpful. My experience traveling and staying in a capsule room here for 4D3N on 30 May 2024 – 2 June 2024, was very satisfying. I was able to enjoy my stay without worrying too much about safety and comfort. Although on 3rd floor these capsule rooms are mixed for male and female, but they provide separate toilets (2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 1 basin for each). They also provide rubber slippers for us to use to go to the toilet and the locker is for shoes. We can use the hotel elevator or stairs to go to highest floor, there's a very nice roof top garden to chill at night.

This affordable hotel in the heart of Hat Yai is a great find, situated next to one of the biggest local markets. The hotel has a modern look and is particularly suitable for young couples, especially if you're comfortable with shared toilets. While there were a few small insects in the room, they can be easily removed. It's a solid choice if you're on a tight budget.

Everything is so clean and fresh. They even have staf to help bringing your stuff like in a normal hotel. There is small roof top garden. And the most important is location, it is right in the middle of the city and near night market. Really convinient. Highly recomended

Based on my experience, I feel so comfy when stay at this hotel even it's mixed room. Location also good, you can go Lee garden night market anytime.The most I appreciate is their service, staff so nice and helpful, thank you so much, especially the uncle, very very helpful, I would like to say thank you again ??????????????
