Thank you for the delightful welcome drinks and fresh fruit. It's a lovely way to start my stay. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist staff made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was great, and he was exceptionally helpful .The room was clean , comfort and style.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and the service is the best in a hotel of its class. Very beyond expectations because the service is at the same level as a five star hotel. The gym is 24 hours and very comfortable. Can it be included in the 4 star hotel category?

Great hotel at a decent price. The room was alright for us in size, for praying it might be indeed a bit small. Everything was clean and there was a pillow and neck roll to choose from for sleeping. The sound isolation was good to the outside, we did hear the hallway a bit, there was also music playing from a speaker at around 9:30 pm. When we asked the reception to turn it down they immediately followed our request. There is a small fitness room available on the 7th floor, the panoramic view over the city is great. The location is great for getting around the city center. It's a 45 min drive to the airport.

I only stayed here for a night - and I didn't try any of the services including breakfast. BUT, my room was clean, and the pillows fluffy. Probably lack of space to do prayer but I had worse. My only complaint was the water bottle - there wasn't any water gallon in sight for me to refill, so I ended up buying mineral water outside (I know I could ask for the to refill but I was too lazy to do it). Location was quite close to Surabaya Pasar Turi, Tunjungan, and Embong Malang. I would like to stay here again for next time I visit.

The hotel room is clean and small. Towel is not white but grey with hole. No acohol and no massage service available. Smoking room in Breakfast area are very hot ... at least a fan
