We stayed at the Ibis hotel for a long time and felt at home! The rooms are clean, the service is excellent and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very polite and helpful, you feel welcome and like you belong. The hotel itself is ideally located in the center of Jakarta. We felt comfortable and will come back. Thanks specially to Angga and his team?

Came to Streats at Ibis Style Gajah Mada for an iftar event. The road near the hotel is a bit messy due to MRT construction. Parking capacity is limited as the parking area in front of the lobby and basement floor is not large. Food, drinks and snacks are quite diverse in the inside area of the restaurant, while in the outside area or courtyard there are food stalls and live cooking. There is also musical entertainment in this area. We were seated at the lobby side area before the entrance of the restaurant which was converted into a dining area. The air-conditioning was not working well and the cleanliness of the tablecloths and chairs could have been improved.

Was a good experience to stay here. Their hospitality is good. Breakfast starts from 6am-10am and they offer many varieties of foods such as traditional and Western food so everyone can have it. From the bread, fruit, salad, main dish, and complimentary they’re all good

Good experience! Super easy check in with Dania, everything went smoothly. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. Definitely will be back again.

Room is good, however the pillow and bed seems old and colored. The breakfast is so-so but well for ibis style, however the service in the restaurant services need to be more proactive. I was sitting down near noodle station waiting for my noodle to be ready, but no one approaches me to tell me that the food is ready, hence the noodle seems bloated. The rest is so typical for ibis style. Thanks
