I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was super comfortable—clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops. I was able to walk pretty much everywhere, which made exploring super convenient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in just a few minutes both times. No hassle at all. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Great value, great location, and a smooth experience from start to finish!

Booked online directly as they offered the best deal at the time. Arrived and found a loading zone out the front, popped in and asked about the parking offer. Parked in the underground carpark 50m down the road, upon leaving the reception validated my ticket for $20 parking. Walked back to reception and checked in, simple process and efficient. Got to our room, had booked a deluxe king corner city view room…. All images of this room show two windows looking out toward the city. Our room, while technically on a corner was very small and only the one window. The view out was dominated by the concrete wall of the building next door and the back fire access of another just below. I made a quick call to reception and they moved us from level 6 to 16, the new room looked just as advertised. MUCH BETTER. The bed was comfortable and the room adequate. The fitout was fairly new however the a/c wasn’t. It worked fine but rattled all night. Leaving in the morning was easy and stress free. I’d like to think the room allocation was an error, I’d stay again as the location is good and $20 parking close by is also pretty good.

This is a great hotel in Brisbane. It's in a good location with fantastic views. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were all lovely. I would definitely stay here again!
