Have been staying at Room 660 for almost 10 days now. Very happy with the stay. Though the room is a bit small, but cozy and comfortable. Would like to give a shout out for housekeeping guy Mr. Arjun, who has been always prompt in attending to issues with the room and always cleaned the room with all sincerity and dedication. He made every effort to get a plumbing issue addressed in the toilet with the help of Mr. Sunil and Prem. Also I'm very impressed by the services of restaurant staff Mr. Sunder, who's very cordial and always willing to assist. Overall, pretty happy with the staff support and prompt addressing of issues. Highly recommended place to stay near the airport.

It was my last day in Delhi and that was the reason I chose a hotel near the airport. I chose Ibis because I used to be a staff in my local branch. The room was so clean and nice decorated. One thing I want to mention is the buffet line for breakfast for tourists. 90 choices are Indian varieties. I love Indian food but I cannot eat it it everyday like locals. Also, the bell boy or security boys should be trained more to handle with guests more professionally. I proceeded to ask questions but it seemed he did not want to help much. I know maybe he has been tired of long hour work. But there are more friendly ways to deal with customers with welcoming hospitality. All in all I would recommend my friends to visit Ibis,though!!!

The room cleaning service by Meera was great and in time. The room was exceptionally clean and well-organized throughout my stay. Housekeeping maintained high standards, with fresh linens, spotless floors, and a sparkling bathroom. Toiletries were restocked daily, and the attention to detail was noticeable. I truly appreciated the hygienic and comfortable environment.

Stayed at ibis hotel recently and had a really good experience. The room was neat, comfortable and exactly as expected. The check-in process was smooth and the hotel had a peaceful vibe. A big thank you to Mr. Sandeep from f&b for his kind and professional attitude-he made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and long stay.

I stayed here for a quick visit, and was delighted by the warmth and interactions with the team right from the ones who welcomed me at the main entrance, to the front office team, restaurant team members … and even the trainees. They were quick to offer a genuine smile, always alert to guest needs … and ready to offer assistance with a smile. Kudos to the managers who have built this lovely team together. You all made my stay special. Keep it up!!
