The only issue at all was booking after midnight for that same night so the computer system couldn't work out how to check us in. Lovely staff, lovely privacy, helpful with parking for a large 4wd, everything comfortable, worked, clean and suitable. Exactly what you'd hope in an upper class motel, at budget price. Very impressed.

Room was a bit small, but the Ibis is more on the budget end so it was to be expected. Room was clean, receptionist was the nicest ever! I would actually prefer to stay here than the Novotel next door due mainly because of the service. I used to stay at the Novotel but because it was pretty expensive when I wanted it this time, I went to the Ibis. Glad I did!

Love staying here, it’s always my hotel of choice when traveling for work or leisure. Very accessible from a wheelchair user perspective, friendly service, secure parking, great breakfast buffet and restaurant. Easy 20 mins drive to city, but also close to a great shopping precinct!
