I stayed here during my time as a training facilitator (training was held in the Rosemary room). The room was amazing and neat, although I wish the hotel would be more generous with the drinking water. However, the room was cozy, and the TV was able to get connected with YouTube. So that was a plus. The breakfast was okay. I also tried the room service breakfast for a pancake, but it was not good and a little bit undercooked. The meeting room was good, the mushola was amazing, but the restroom was a bit damp. In the end, still an great stay. The hotel is in range with a pharmacy, restaurants and some local activities in the neighborhood area. So, if you’re planning to explore Cikini and Raden Saleh, this hotel is a good option.

Stayed for 5 days, service was exceptional, staff were friendly and kind. They were understanding and accommodated late check out when we needed it. Ironing board and iron given when requested. Room service came fast when we were having trouble with something or when requesting items. View was pretty good at the corner room, smart tv was such a plus. Didnt have a pool but the service and cleanliness was top notch. Sheets were very clean, housekeeping was never disappointing, a/c worked great. Rain shower was nice and the toilet was very clean though a little small. Location was really good, very central and no noises from the streets or the other rooms could be heard. Had their breakfast for a day, selection was decent and had some pastries. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Great experience. Clean and compact room, perfect for a business trip. Even fridge and safebox provided. The AC works better than most hotels I ever stayed before, even compared to 5 stars. Plenty option of food for breakfast with an excellent service to assist you during mealtime. Best part yet, the location. Surrounded with restaurants, food stalls, minimarket, and even drugstore right accross the street. Also, great staffs with great attitude. Thank you Killa ?

I genuinely feel that booking the Ibis Hotel Jakarta Raden Saleh was one of the best decisions I made for my trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. My room was not only nice and comfortable but also equipped with internet access and Netflix perfect for relaxing after a long day. They even offered a karaoke room for free, which was a delightful surprise! The breakfast truly exceeded my expectations. As someone who's been living abroad, I had been craving traditional Indonesian dishes, and the breakfast just hit the spot, bubur ayam and nasi goreng were absolutely delicious! I faced a little discomfort with my bed on the first night, but as soon as I reached out to reception, Duty Manager Pak Arif promptly came to assist me, along with housekeeping. They addressed my concerns quickly and even brought me two cans of Coca-Cola as a thoughtful gesture. It really made a difference and reflected their commitment to excellent service. Throughout my stay, I felt well cared for, when I found myself without change for a Grab ride, the girl at reception kindly helped me out with her personal money. It’s no wonder this hotel has such stellar reviews online my heart was set on this place for a reason. Their ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service truly made my visit memorable, blending personal touches with a wonderful experience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
