I booked a room to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and invited his friends to Batam to join us. We all stayed in the same hotel, and I must say, the experience was amazing from start to finish. Special thanks to Teo from the reservation team, who went above and beyond to ensure we were all accommodated on the same floor. She was incredibly patient and responsive with all my questions and last-minute changes, as I was worried about the birthday surprise. We stayed in the Deluxe Room, which was spacious, super clean, and had adjustable air conditioning — a huge plus! I also requested birthday decorations, and the team exceeded my expectations — it was beautifully done and made the celebration truly special. The room service team was also fantastic, helping us promptly even at midnight when we needed assistance with the sink. Apart from the wonderful stay, the hotel’s facilities are great value for money. There’s a gym, swimming pool, and even a karaoke room with excellent microphones, sound system, and a spacious, affordable setup — perfect for groups! It was truly an unforgettable experience for both my boyfriend and me, and I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you again to the amazing team who made this celebration so memorable!

Best location in Batam Baloi. Why? Right opposite the best mall in town Grand Batam Mall and if you want older malls that sell cheaper stuff that would be BCS mall nearby within 5 mins walking distance through A2 Food court. From road stalls to food court to hawker centers , you will be spoilt for choices when it comes to food. Their superior rooms are small , suitable for single or couple but not so for family of four. Toilet is small and so is kitchen or more like pantry area. But spare more dollars and you can perhaps consider to upgrade to their suite room which has two partition from living room to the master bedroom n there is bathtub and standing shower for this one. Which levels are the suite? Try 7,10,11.

Prominent location whereby Grand Batam mall, A2 food court and BSC mall are walking distance, most important is that there a wet market and alot of coffeeshop for authentic breakfast. So advise is that you can skip the hotel breakfast buffet where the spread not as well as I thought of . The hotel service is great and really a good hotel choice to chose if you have the intention to come Batam for a short gateway. Save alot of time on travel by grab as all supermarkets are walking distance
