Our stay at The Churchill Hyatt Regency was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel itself is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of classic charm and modern luxury. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the stunning city views, truly elevated our experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the Club Lounge, which was simply outstanding. The food and drink offerings were exceptional, with a great variety of high-quality selections throughout the day. The atmosphere was both relaxing and sophisticated, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The staff in the lounge were incredibly attentive and made us feel truly special, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore London, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, The Churchill Hyatt Regency is a top-notch choice. We can’t wait to return!
I’ve stayed at several hotels in London, and this one was definitely among the best. I’d consider staying here again on my next trip. The location is excellent—very close to Oxford Street, which is great for shopping. The area feels safe and quiet at night, with no loud clubs or noisy restaurants nearby. The price was a bit above average, but overall, I felt it was worth it. The breakfast offered a good variety of international options, the rooms were clean, the service was solid, and the hotel is family-friendly. A good option if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in central London.
I stayed in the Regency Suite Balcony on the top (9th) floor of the Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill, and the experience was outstanding. The suite was spacious and well-designed, featuring a separate living room and bedroom, as well as a private balcony with lovely views over London. It offered both comfort and privacy, with tasteful decor and thoughtful amenities—ideal for longer stays or anyone needing extra space. The Club Lounge was also excellent, with a wide variety of drinks and snacks in a peaceful setting. The highlight of my stay, however, was the breakfast experience. The variety was fantastic, including everything from full English options to cold cuts, fresh fruits, and healthy dishes. What truly made it exceptional was the service—staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Every detail was taken care of with genuine hospitality. It was, without a doubt, the best breakfast service I’ve experienced at any Hyatt property.
I have stayed here for a few times now for work. The most recent stay is in April. The pictures are from previous stay since I didn't take picture in the last stay. The hotel itself is in good shape, but not too special. The room is also average. What sets it apart is the service at the hotel is very high quality, they really make you feel welcome. Every single person from the hotel make me feel that way, which is impressive. Last time I stayed, the fan in the room is make loud noises, after notifying the hotel, they promptly send someone to fix it and showed genuine care during the process. Overall, I think this is the best Hyatt Regency I've stayed at. It punches well above its class.
This hotel exceeded our expectations! The kindness of every single staff member made an invaluable difference. Every interaction with staff was a pleasure. The person at the front door helped us immensely when facing a complicated situation getting to the Airport. We highly appreciated his readiness to find solutions and how he handled everything. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms very quiet, so we slept very well every night of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel
