Stayed here for the first time. Found the place pretty decent. Rooms are new, clean and quite spacious. The hotel is a new property. Breakfast is quite decent. Walking distance to the city centre. Only downside is that this place has no room-service or restaurant for having food. Only breakfast is served.

I stayed here for one night with my parents. The hotel is fantastic. The location is convenient and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Front desk staff are super friendly, especially Jasmine, she helped us a lot. I would stay here for sure next time I visit Shanghai. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza – Special Thanks to Miss Jasmine! This was my first time visiting Shanghai with my friends (8 persons), and staying at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza truly made our trip even more memorable. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Jasmine at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Miss Jasmine was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She checked in with us regularly, helped us call Didi, recommended great local restaurants, and even suggested nearby attractions we wouldn’t have found on our own. Her thoughtful support made us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of in a city that was completely new to us. Thanks to Miss Jasmine, we felt less like tourists and more like valued guests. She truly embodies outstanding hospitality, and I believe she is a great asset to the hotel. If you’re planning a trip to Shanghai, I highly recommend staying at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Miss Jasmine, you’ll be in wonderful hands!
