The room is sufficient for me. The toilet has one door functioning as toilet main door and bathroom door. There is small fridge near the wardrobe. The hotel has small pool on rooftop on 7th floor. There is no lifeguard, towels available around pool. Risk is the guest's responsibility. Please take your room towel when going to pool. The breakfast menu is not bad but the seats are not many. The hotel has little parking space but they offered valet service. We found some guests smoked in hotel valley and the smell disturbed us. Actually there was a no smoking sign put in the wall. The location of the hotel is good and near the restaurants and the Kuta beach. Just a little walking.

It is very worth for what i pay what i get. I have no complaint with their room. Aircond good, clean, all facilities enough for me and it look like so comfortable. Location considered very near to famous beach and tourist streets but need to walk 10 minutes. A lots of restaurants and nice cafe nearby this hotel and it is so suitable for travellers.

We stayed here for one night and it is a decent place for people who are looking for normal stay. Place is not too far from Kuta beach and you have options for restaurants, malls, Marts and other shopping markets nearby. Rooms are not too big but sufficient for two people. There is a fridge but I don't think it cools that much. AC is working good and rooms are almost neat. Two water bottles were provided. Overall it was a pleasant stay in Zia.
