Very nice experience. We have stayed in the hotel after 14 years gap...but everything seems very well maintained, new and upgraded. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. We reached much earlier than the check in time, we were given the access to the executive lounge with breakfast, washroom, change area and beds. The rooms was so beautiful and upgraded with all modern amenities, it was very impressive. Our second visit to the hotel talks about its prime location and customer service. Must mention hotel staffs like Mr Jacky, Miss Lala and Mr Harn....thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Good sevices and room very clean . I like the food . I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend for anyone who values great service and a friendly atmosphere.

This was my first time staying here and I would definitely come back. The hotel looks like the pictures in that it was stylish and well maintained. The staff has obviously been trained and provided every service with a smile. I used many of the amenities like the gym, swimming pool, pool table, and Tea Time in the lounge and I enjoyed all of them. The room was spacious and comfy with high quality linens and all the amenities you would expect. The location was good because it was close enough to walk to malls, spas, restaurants, bars, markets, and the beach but the soi itself was relatively quiet. Recommended.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Vista during my trip to Pattaya! The location is amazing—just a short walk from the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, always greeting with a smile and ready to assist. What really stood out for me was the breakfast spread—plenty of delicious options, even for vegetarians (which can be rare to find in Pattaya!). The rooms were clean, comfy, and modern. Overall, I loved everything about my stay here. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside hotel with great hospitality!
