I encountered Hotel Venice due to a previous accommodation cancelling booking without prior notice (even though they initiated messages for 2 consecutive days for confirmation of booking through Agoda). As first time solo traveller to KL (and poor choice of drink the night prior), Hotel Venice was able to accept walk-in stay. Staff and location is excellent for those expecting minimalist stay (Deluxe studio is considered small) and a quiet retreat whilst finding themselves and a significant other. However please note that WIFI connectivity is spotty and frequently drops due to the number of people connected to their limited access points, so get a 5G data plan if you’re staying here.

Gave this hotel a try since I'm having an event nearby. The price is pretty standard compared to other hotels in the area. I don't expect much but it gave me more than expected. The lobby is spacious and greeted with friendly staffs. I had an issue with the door card initially, and they promptly replaced with a new room, this was a good fix! The room itself nothing much, good for a standard ~RM100 price range for it's centre location. For those being picky-pick on hygiene, I don't recommend - You may expect flaws and stains for the age of the hotel, but it didn't affect the staying experience, everything working as expected Oh, if you're waiting for Grab, they have a waiting area in the lobby air-conditioned, thus it's confortable and able to look for incoming traffic through the glass. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay here, good job team! Cheers, Tai

Thank you for the 5 days, I was delayed till dawn and they were willing to wait till midnight, the room was clean, traveling to various places is close by car, walking takes more than 30 minutes but to Icc pudu is close and also pudu plaza is a relief for shoppers thank you
