Hotel Uptown was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived with Mr. Kaushal, I experienced exceptional hospitality. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the amenities were excellent. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Sukhdev for his outstanding service. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

Had a great stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the Main Bazaar. It’s in the main market area, which is convenient, though it can be a bit tricky to find due to the busy surroundings. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. The hotel itself is quite new compared to others nearby and is well-maintained inside. I especially appreciated the lift, which made access to all floors easy. The food was a pleasant surprise—fresh, tasty, and definitely worth trying. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality!
