Excellent hotel centrally located steps away from Shinjuku station, Takashimaya Times Square, Lumine -areas known for department stores, shopping, eateries and proximity to Yoyogi Park and Meiji shrine. For 3 stars it delivers and beyond, we found our room was quite roomy by Tokyo standards, toiletries are freely available to help yourself to, the bed was very cozy, high quality linens, excellent bathroom Toto fitting (new or very well maintaines). Enjoyed a sheet mask treatment and bath with rose bath salts. Would say there would be absolutely nothing to improve upon!

-Great location!: airport limousine bus directly goes to/from the hotel lobby. walking distance from Shinjuku station!! -price: affordable and reasonable considering great quality -room: clean and there's a window that can be opened so you can get fresh air. surrounding area was quiet outside so it was good to have a rest -facility: free amenity kits at lobby, ice machine, washing machine, and microwave at floors -breakfast: everyone was enjoying the buffet, that has a wide selection from Japanese traditional dishes to western dishes, salad, and even other Asian food. + various juices and tea& coffee -staffs: always there for help, very hard working and welcoming guests amazing hotel with best value!! I recommend to everyone visiting shinjuku ?

Just spent five days here. The location is super convenient, plenty of restaurants around, and the train station is only a five-minute walk away. The hotel itself is a bit dated. This is my second stay, so maybe I’m a little biased. The rooms are small, but you can slide your luggage under the bed, which helps save space. Most floors have coin-operated laundry machines, which is a great plus. Like many Japanese hotels, don’t forget to grab your essentials (toothbrush, razor, shower cap, etc.) from the lobby before heading up to your room. All that said it is still a nice hotel and I enjoyed staying here. I would stay here again.

A hot spot location! The staff was A1, friendly, accommodating, and professional. Very close to mall, train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel room was a bit stuffy at times, and it was difficult to find the perfect temperature! Idk what was going on with the comforter, but husband and I woke up many nights drenched in sweat. The mini fridge was a bit too small but decent. However, they do provide a ton of free toiletries in the lobby! There is a smoking room on the second floor, and their buffet was delicious with many choices and reasonably priced. I sincerely recommend considering staying here!!
