I came here to meet my friend who is staying here. Who doesn't know Santika Hotel? Surely everyone is familiar with hearing its name. The cafe waiters are friendly. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable with sofa chairs. The location of the hotel is also easy to reach. On the side of the road.

The rating is 4 stars but I give it 5 stars for the great staffs. Thank you.(Staffs Happy faces pass by...) 5 STAR LEVEL OVER: The staff level is quite high (attitude, education, smart, honest, etc.) especially CHK IN reception. 4 STAR LEVEL: Swimming pool. Restaurant facilities. Restaurant staffs. Hotel-level. Restaurants food quality. Almost everything etc. It is particularly impressive that there is no Chinese style at all. 3 STAR LEVEL: Sometimes surprising old facilities, cleanliness, etc. 2 STAR LEVEL: The lobby, restaurant, health club, and train restroom hygiene are amazing. In particular, the health club is not managed at all, which is disappointing. Lastly, the location. It seems good for those who need business nearby. And it has an impressive authentic Indonesian feel, not Chinese style.

The hotel looks quite decent, and the staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping silently does an amazing job cleaning. The only thing was that there were many goats and cows along the road outside since they were selling them for the Eidu-Adha festivities. Otherwise, it is recommended.
