19Feb25 Back to this hotel get suite room and enjoy the coffee maker inside 5Feb25 Traveling to Batam and stay in this hotel. This is a new hotel's so everything is look nice, parking area and also stan y taxi. Lobby, receptionist are welcome and helpful. Get Room 818 Room is clean and smell fresh, mineral water have 4bottle, toilet is clean Restaurant on level 11, Food is good taste and so many choices. You can sit there while enjoying city view and Harbour view Swimming pool is clean even not to big. its feel full if 5 people in it. Fitness Room also not big enough. for 2 people

2nd time staying at Hotel Santika. Definitely will come back due to the proximity to the ferry terminal and nearby surrounding malls. Hotel service staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ms Ega, who was the front desk staff on duty checked us in swiftly and she managed to accommodate our requests. During check out she also attended to us. She is very friendly and cheerful. Only con is that the shower area (floor) can get slippery. Otherwise, room is great! Would definitely recommend anyone or with family's to come stay with them.

Always my first choice whenever I come to Batam Island for a holiday. Nice, clean rooms with an affordable price to match. Located a stone throw away from Batam Centre Port. Room reservations can be easily done from Agoda/Booking.com. Highly recommend! ?

The breakfast spread tho small caters to my palette who appreciates Indonesian food Staffs are friendly. Ega at the front counter welcomes each guests with a smile, helpful with all my queries . Another staff, Peri who cleaned my room, even help folded my personal clothes who were on the chair. Excellent service. Thank you

We recently stayed at Hotel Santika Batam and overall had a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, our room wasn’t ready, but we were offered an upgrade to the Junior Suite with a balcony at a good rate (though free would’ve been nicer—haha!). We were especially grateful to be assisted by Ms. Friza at the reception. Despite the room not being ready by 2pm, she remained warm, helpful, and professional throughout, which really made a difference—especially since we were in a bit of a rush for a spa appointment. She’s definitely an asset to the team. The Junior Suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the added touch of Netflix on the TV, which made relaxing in the room even better. While the view from our room wasn’t much to shout about, it didn’t affect our short stay. Breakfast buffet-wise, it wasn’t quite to our personal taste and could use some improvement, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. Thanks to the team for the warm hospitality!
