I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, I had a reasonably pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. (Dyson brand hair dryer, Aesop brand shampoo, conditioners and shower gel) The location was convenient, with easy access to Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul etc. made exploring the area effortless. Beside this, there are few bus stops nearby make taking public transport is convenient if you know which bus to go. While everything was satisfactory, there’s always room for small improvements, However, after two nights, I was informed that I needed to change rooms due to some repairs the hotel claimed were necessary. While the staff handled the situation courteously and assisted with the transition, it was still an inconvenience to repack and settle into a new room midway through my stay. Despite this disruption, the rest of my stay was enjoyable. I hope the hotel ensures better planning in the future to avoid such situations. I would still recommend this hotel for its overall quality.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms were beautifully designed and modern. They offer luggage storage both before and after check-in. The staff were all incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, especially Faly and Susie. The rooftop was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was perfect. I also received vouchers for complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and beautiful amenities!

I wanted to share my thoughts on the hotel, which was very well-maintained. Our room was truly 5-star quality—large, comfortable, and with a distinctly homely feel. It was the best hotel room we enjoyed during our three weeks of travel. I also appreciated the friendly service, especially given that we don't speak Chinese. It was helpful that some of the staff had some English, and we found Google Translate useful as well. It is located in the old town.

Stayed here for 1 night. Convenient, very clean and stylish inside. Loved the decor and staff was also very attentive!
