Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel.

Our room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival – there were muddy footprints on the floor, crumbs and trash on the tables, an unclean toilet, no replacement toilet paper, no new soap, and stains on the bedding. Disgusting.

We immediately went to the front desk to request a different room, hoping for one that had actually been cleaned. Fortunately, we were given another room, which, while slightly cleaner, was still unhygienic and unpleasant.

We had originally booked for two nights, but due to the poor conditions, we only stayed for one and made other arrangements for the second night.

To make matters worse, we were woken up early in the morning by a call from reception telling us we needed to check out – despite the fact that our reservation was for two nights. Completely unprofessional.

As if that wasn’t enough, our key card suddenly stopped working, and we couldn’t access our room. We strongly suspect they had deactivated our card while we were out.

For your own sake – avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better and cleaner options out there.

The pictures may give you an idea, but in reality, it looked much worse. We arrived at night to a room that was extremely dirty. The floor was filthy with mud, dust, and who knows what else. Our bedding was full of stains – on the pillow, duvet, and sheet – so dirty that we ended up using our own sleeping bags. The table was covered in crumbs and stains, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. The room also smelled of smoke, and there were issues with both the internet and air conditioning, which either didn’t work at all or worked very poorly.

That night, we went down to ask if we could get another room, which we did. However, it wasn’t much better – in the new room, the door didn’t work properly, the toilet pipes were leaking so the floor was wet, and the room smelled like sewage. The table was dirty again, and the bedding was once more stained.

The next day, we decided to find a different hotel because the conditions were simply disgusting. Stay away from this place!

This is sad to see how this hotel running.
I’ve been handling a galery hotel too before, and as a galery hotel we have a very niche market and have to take care of our guest seriously:).

When i checked in, everything were good, but i noticed 1 stange behavior from the front desk he seems very busy with his own phone he left us and lookin for his charger first rather than took care of us while check in ?.

We got room on 5th floor, great room but very stinky, and un clean linen, we ask the front  desk if it possible to change the linen or if there’s no housekeeping team we can change it by our self, But he asked us to move room  AND ASK US TO  TAKE THE KEY BY OURSELVES WITHOUT ANY APOLOGIES :). While we checked the linen  there’s a spot from human and debris on the bed ?, so we asked him please we just want to sleep help us to find a clean linen we will change it by our self, he came up and yell at me saying ‘ kita sudah sediakan kamar kalau kamar nya kotor ya bukan urusan kami, kalau tidak bersedia untuk menginap silahkan refund ‘
So i asked him who’s his name he said “ ari “
After that, we explain why u handle us this way ? Why u yelling at us  ? And why u said we can refund the money while the OTA said it is un refundable  ??.

Owner, if you want to grow ur hotel as usual, u have to create a positif environment :):) ur front desk are suck! I knew because i’ve been working in hospitality too :)

I don't really like posting negative reviews, but my experience was horrible. I came here based on the photos and some good reviews I saw online.
Stayed 2 nights, during that time I tried 3 different rooms. All had problems, from AC dripping to strong cigarette and mold smell. Bed sheets smell bad. The whole experience was unbearable. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Not recommended at all.

Everything is old but clean.

I stay at king deluxe, checked in at night.

-Welcome drink at lobby is plain water.
-shower head is disgusting with mould but it got changed the next day on request.
-Missing amenities. Towels were given at room later. Upon request, floor mat and slippers and stirrer were given.
-No coffee. Only 1 tea with 2 sugar packets.
-Restricted to 2 bottled water a day. What kind of 3 stars hotel is stingy on bottled water??
-Toilet glass cups were dirty with stains.
-Toilet cubicle glass panels also dirty with stains.
-Fridge ice compartment is frosted with ice and mould. Some Mould also present on other parts of fridge.
-Air con is not cold.. Only cooling at 18 degrees.
-No charging socket available at bedside.
-limited TV channels available
-almost instantaneous hot water
