Very nice stay at Nikko Saigon Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice gym and pool area and everything worked out perfectly. Breakfast has had a lot of variety and fresh coconuts were a highlight! We had shuttle service to take us to a different location every day. Very attentive and great service. The staff was there to help us with everything, even planning and booking our next trip to Nha Trang. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
I shall continue to come back to this hotel every time I am in Saigon because they provided extra care during our stay and ensured a smooth process! From the first tea to morning breakfast to allowing us to keep our luggage upon our trip’s return, Hotel Nikko is the best place to stay in Saigon. Raymond was excellent bell man during our stay and deserves all the praise! He ensured all of our numerous luggage was safe. No request was too large. I hope to meet him again during my next visit.
I stayed at Hotel Nikko Saigon with my sister during our family vacation, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff were kind, responsive, and helpful. We had an issue with the room’s humidity and temperature, but it was resolved quickly, which made our stay much more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—plenty of variety, fresh and delicious options, including fruits, drinks, and desserts. It was easily one of the best breakfasts we had among the five-star hotels we stayed at in Saigon. The dining staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Special thanks to Chef Nam, who treated us with off-menu dishes every morning, and to the waiter (whose name we unfortunately forgot) who kindly brought us treats directly from the kitchen. The only disappointing part of our stay was the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. It had a self-service vibe, even during cocktail hours, where guests had to prepare their own drinks. It was often crowded, noisy, and children were allowed, unlike other lounges that restrict access to guests over 12. The lack of staff presence also made the experience feel less refined than the rest of the hotel. Aside from the lounge, we found Hotel Nikko Saigon to be a well-run hotel with genuinely caring and attentive staff. We’d recommend it overall, especially for the exceptional breakfast and service.
Excellent hotel. We arrived and were immediately invited to the exclusive lounge on top floor to personal check-in. The staff are really really friendly. They do anything to make you feel welcome, and any needs are met. I will definitely recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed!
