This is my second stay at the hotel Naaz and I can’t say enough great things about them. From the driver who picked me up and drove with so much skill to the hotel, to the kind management which is so wonderful, cordial, informative, and all have great smiles, to the beautiful rooms which are very clean with all the necessities you might need. Clean comfortable and restful. The first time I stayed for two nights when I first arrived in India. They have a hot tea kettle, lots of bottled water and free delicious juices in the refrigerator complementary. The airport transfer both ways is complementary. Again the people are just so nice and it’s a small hotel (12 rooms?) on a side street near the airport so it’s a great location when you’re coming and going in Mumbai. The bedrooms are really immaculate compared to some other places possibly in the same price range. The bathroom spotless, I even had my first hot shower in a few weeks as I was in the south where hot showers are rare. Also the bed is very comfortable and the linens are very nice. They also have a restaurant where breakfast is offered which was also wonderful. And I had dinner there a couple times and both times really enjoyed it although if you are not used to spicy food I do advise you to ask them to make it not spicy. ? I thank the hotel Naaz staff for all of their hospitality and care. I will come here again for sure. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at Naaz. The staff were very very welcoming and treated us like family. We really appreciated the little gestures like getting a fruit platter and making the minibar available to us. Location is not the best but very close to airport so for a quick transit stay its best! Also the food is great would definitely stay again when in mumbai

They are the kindest, most generous people — always going out of their way to help with a smile! ?️ The room? Cozy & spacious — filled with every amenity you could think of, and even more! From the comfy bed to the clean & luxurious bathroom, every detail was perfect. ?️ The food? DELICIOUS and sooo generous! They’re not stingy at all — portions are filling and made with love. ? Cleanliness? Spotless. The hygiene standards are excellent and the space just makes you feel at peace. ? Atmosphere? Safe, peaceful and family friendly. I felt at home. Thank you to the whole team!

Very good hotel with good amenities, staffs are excellent, good room service. Worth every penny spent. They don't have restaurant in same complex but they have a dine out area where food is taken from nearby restaurant and served. Even we can order in Swiggy. Might not be suitable for elderly people as they don't have lift, and locality is not that great, but ok, not bad. I had a pleasant stay with family in this hotel.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Polite and trained staff. The management can go out the way to help customers, gave us complementary drinks from mini-fridge, discounts with taxi. The rooms and bathrooms are so clean... it's top notch.
