Excellent hotel, modern spotless and in the centre of everything in Bukit Bintang. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Chris from South Africa

The hotel room was extremely cozy and comfortable Alhamdulillah. When we arrived we were extremely tired and tensed and at first we got a smaller room and requested a change immediately the manager (Imtiaz) was extremely friendly and accommodative. He changed the room for us and from day one to end provided us with all our requirements. He was extremely friendly with my 2 year old son too and we felt like nothing less than home here. I would say Hotel MSP is like home. Thanks so much for the excellent customer support. We will definitely repeat staying here

It was a good stay. Right at the centre of the city and very close to the food Street. Receptionist Imtiaz was very helpful and friendly.
