Reception staff are professional and helpful. We had no issue communicating with them in English and in Mandarin Chinese. One of the Chinese speaking staff was very helpful in assisting us with luggage transfer arrangement. This is how all hotel staff should be. Location is near Disneyland, taxi ride cost 3000-4000yen. Many food options nearby. One of the perks is they offer comfortable pyjamas for free, and also have for kids too. Good hotel

Love this place. Located very near to Kasai Station. Lots of Conve-Store (mostly 24h) nearby. Staffs are so polite, English-speaking, helpful and friendly. The hotel is kind of old styles, but all stuffs are well maintenanced and worked well. A bit dark in the room and bathroom, very tiny but comfortable. Breakfast mostly not too many variations but very very well-cooked.

Rooms are very large for Japan. But carpets in the rooms are not so clean. They provide sleepers in the rooms. At the reception there is 7/24 free coffee machine and also free toiletries like facial cleaning oils, hand creams etc. Those are very nice Japanese hospitality touches. It was a very nice stay. This hotel was lovely the room was a bit cramped and you can see this in the pictures. Other than the carpet stains in the room everything else was clean. They offer an assortment of amenities to include bath salts?, facial creams, hair and tooth brushes among other items. The breakfast buffet is good, not a huge selection but it will do the job. The price and staff was excellent.
