This hotel is in an excellent location with plenty to do right outside of the hotel for shopping and dining. Front Desk Representatives Benjamin & Daniel were outstanding providing a warm and welcoming white glove service. They offered valuable information for dining and shopping options outside of the hotel. The service here is truly white glove service and I would not hesitate to come back. We highly recommend this hotel. The only problem with the room was that the bed was hard. Besides that it has a nice art deco motif with excellent WiFi bandwidth.

The most precious hotel in Macau which has a lot treasures inside the hotels. We passed by mainly to buy the famous cookies of course we took some nice pictures in and out of this famous hotel Hope we will stay here in our next trip to Macau

This is my second time staying at Hotel Lisboa. My first time was over a year ago and I forgot my tablet. When I got back they still had it plus coins and tickets we left behind. It was amazing! Kobe assisted me promptly and when I said I'd go for lunch first and came back 4 hours later, he remembered me and gave everything back. I would return to Lisboa again.

Excellent location at a good price! This is near Grand Lisboa and Wynn Macau so we used their shuttle going to and fro the Cotai Strip. It is walking distance to Senado Square. The hotel has an airport transfer so it is also convenient. There are bus stops outside so very convenient to explore the areas not covered by the free shuttles including Ama Temple and Taipa Village. The ambience is classic elegance. I love the bathroom mosaic tiles and other details! They have weighing scale and sewing kit. The service is also topnotch.

Good and nice place to stay in Macao. Tge location of hotel is strategic for both entertainment and family trip. Shuttle bus.is provided.
