Me and my friend stayed here for two nights and had to check out early and book another hotel because of the amount of cockroaches that kept increasing during the duration of our stay. The room was filthy, the door could not be locked properly. There were cockroaches all over the room. We hade them in the fridge and the fridge as well. I even had one in my food. The last day we also had a rat in the room.

The staff were very rude and unhelpful. After discussion they offered us a new room that was even more unclean than the first one. I took us two hours to be able to get some of our money back for the last night that we wanted to cancel.

Would not recommend to anyone. The hotel also showcases false photos of the rooms on sites such as booking.com so be aware!

Only the person who was helping with room and bags was good. Asked to pay extra for room tariff and also, was forced to pay more even on food bill. Very bad customer service, very unprofessional receptionist as well.

SCAM!! Booked via Booking.com. The hotel looked really nice in the pictures, but the reality was totally different. The receptionist was rude and unbothered, asking for a fare three times higher than what was listed on Booking. After lots of back and forth, we finally agreed I would pay the correct amount shown on Booking, and he handed me the key.

Unfortunately, the room looked nothing like the pictures. Thank god I hadn’t paid yet. If they had shown accurate photos, I could’ve made an informed choice. What really got to me was the staff’s attitude — the receptionist claimed no manager was available, even though the manager was clearly in the office right behind him. Just bad manners all around. And when I finally spoke to the manager (who was also defensive and unapologetic), I had to demand they cover my taxi fare — which they did, but only after I pushed for it. AVOID

Location is good. The room is really smelly and no exaust no tv toilet/bathroom water is pressure is very low. Very bad, pls avoid.
Also I booked through booking.com for 900 while at hotel they charged extra 500 as something booking.com commission. This is my first time with booking.com and they didn't mention anywhere about this commission which I had to pay. Very disappointed

Photos shared in the booking.com by the owner are not the actual one. We booked 3 rooms through booking.com, on arrival we had a very bad experience, as the rooms were not upto the expected standards a) No hot water provision, geysers were disconnected.b) Flushes in toilets were not working, no plumber available when reported.c) Horrible staff behaviour,the person sitting in the reception is not service oriented. d) Air conditioners were giving bad smell.e) Matress provided on the cots were very old ones required to be changed.f) Tv sets were disconnected, I humbly suggest not to take this hotel please avoid , please avoid if you really want to enjoy your stay in Delhi, look for some other hotels - Manoj
