Nice and quiet hotel, cute lobby and nice service staff. There’s an amazing supermarket next door that will squash any chance of you wanting to eat exclusively from Konbinis. My only negative feedback is 1. The cleaners would be a little intense about cleaning my room and banging on my door in the morning while I was getting ready but I don’t feel that they really needed to enter my room everyday as they don’t clean it everyday, they were very nice regardless but it would’ve been great if they vacuumed my floors on the days they would do the full clean. 2. As a girl I need two towels! I just will always want two towels and I felt like unless I asked I’d just get one. Otherwise this is a great little vibey hotel away from the crazy hustle and bustle.

Lovely hotel, nice lobby has a good vibe. Helpful staff Bedrooms are great, wet room for shower, large rooms with large twin beds. Only downside it's a bit out of the way of sights, but the metro is a 2 min walk if you want to go further afield.

Stayed for 6 nights over Golden Week. A very decent boutique hotel in a more nondescript part of the city. A short walk from the Nishi-Nagahori and Awaza stations which puts you within commuting distance from central attractions across two lines. The room was small but comfortable, with good natural lighting. I did wish that the window had black-out blinds for days I wanted to sleep it, it would get relatively bright at sunrise. Standard Japanese style bathroom, the toilet bowl is a little small, but manageable. The surrounding area is mostly residential and very quiet, with the added bonus of a well-stocked supermarket downstairs, and a Lawson one street away. Overall a pleasant location to retreat to at the end of the day, it's just rather staid and uninteresting otherwise. One glaring fault though - the WIFI is deathly slow and at times virtually non-existent in the late evenings/nights and in the mornings. I guess during times when more people are in their rooms. Seems to have no issues noon onwards. Hope they fix this. Overall very decent stay by my experience, and an option I'd keep on my radar whenever I'm planning an extended stay in Osaka (a few days or more). If you only have a limited time and need to be closer to attractions, this location would probably not be my first consideration.

Getting in and out is an issue since the lobby, and check-in, are on the fourth floor and you can only take elevators to get there from the ground floor and the same elevators to get up to your rooms. That said, the rest of the experience was above average. Reasonable rooms, even for a 6'4" frame like mine, and a few of the staff spoke enough broken English we could get by.
