The hotel is right in the center of Delhi. It has a great location, which can be a base for sightseeing. The hotel tries very hard to have good service and food. For example, there is a bit of a lack of cold beer in the restaurant (I speak as a European :) ), but on the other hand it is not such a problem. I definitely recommend it if someone likes local hotels instead of giant world hotels.

Hotel location is good, the rent is reasonable but for the service you need to ask them for basic needs, like toothpaste, shampoo, sleeper shoe, tissue. The breakfast item is good they should increase the items more the reception should be more helpful, I was in need of some some rupee for the taxi fear I tried to pay by card to the hotel and take some rupee from them to pay taxi rent but Hotel reception did not to allow me for some kind of help. However, the hotel is very good for security. My wife and children stayed there for two nights and they are very comfortable with the other security facilities and communication. The hotel is also good for female.

Great staff, small rooms, very noisy location. This was our first trip to Delhi so we really don't have a comparison. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Ours was too small for the 4 night staff. There was no where to store luggage which didn't affect usable room are - like being able to sit at the table or desk. Other than this issue the room was great. Never an issue with hot water, the shower was great - powerful. The breakfast buffet was in the building next door. The selection whilst small was more than adequate with small changes every day. There was even milkshake or lassie available at times. The selection was Indian and western - I stuck to western as a curry dish for breakfast just does not sit for me. Wifi was not available on the breakfast area. The only real negative for me was the noise - constant traffic noise and horns non-stop all day and most of the night. Occasionally people shouting - even at 3am !!! Non of this is the hotel's fault and I doubt even the 4 star hotels fair much better.

This is a decent hotel to spend one night if you’re on a budget. Staff were polite and friendly . Had all the facilities we needed. Food was tasty . I didn’t find dust in my room which was a pleasant surprise ! Unfortunately, outside the hotel was polluted.
