The best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant. All were very friendly, eager to help and highly professional. A special shout out to Juan in the restaurant who served us delicious food and wine. The $65 special deal allowed 2 items from the menu (I chose Korean beef sliders entree and a steak main) plus a drink plus a side. Really good value for such delicious food. Hadn't eaten since 5am so was very hungry but couldn't finish the generous serves - although I tried very hard to. Rooms are spotless and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable.

I ended up in this hotel for a day visit because my international flight was cancelled and the airline arranged it - but would choose it again anytime! The room was lovely and the bed super comfortable. Large lovely bathroom. Excellent tv. Room service was prompt (but needs a cheeseburger on the menu). My wakeup call (to grab a taxi to the airport) was made promptly. All the staff - particularly reception - was super cheerful and made everything easy. Definitely consider this hotel for your stay.

Hubby and i stayed here and we loved it. It was central for what we needed and the views were amazing. The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the staff were fantastic. The food was really nice but it's a bit pricey for what you get. A few more vegetarian options would also be nice. The bottle of bubbly we bought with dinner was way overpriced. I bought 2 of the same bottle at home and it was still cheaper than the one we paid for. That aside, we are already talking about staying there again soon. Would happily recommend.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, well maintained rooms and friendly professional staff. Good buffet breakfast. Very nice 3 night stay. Edit I actually meant to leave 5 stars, 4 stars was for the location as it's a bit of a hike walking up and down Spring Hill to CBD and Roma St/Nth Quay. Hotel was great.

We enjoyed this hotel. Had a clean, convenient family room with 2 king beds. Good food at the restaurant for breakfast / room service. Parking and location is easy. Staff are nice, overall good stay.
